Module 2: Format and Feedback

In Module 2, we're diving into the nitty-gritty of self-feedback and how you can spot areas to improve.

We're going to focus on three main categories: your words (that's the content of what you're saying), your voice (how you're saying it), and the visual (that's everything from your facial expressions to your body language).

Here's the deal: every day, when you get a question from me, you're going to answer it on video. Then comes the tough part - you've got to watch it back. It's all about building awareness of what you're doing right and what needs work.

To help you out, you can jot down notes in three columns: words, voice, and visuals.

When you're looking to improve, pick just one thing to focus on. Trying to fix everything at once can be overwhelming, so just choose one thing that bugs you the most and work on that.

You're going to answer the same question a few times, each time focusing on improving that one thing you picked. This targeted approach helps you systematically tackle your weak spots.

Now that you know what to do, it’s time to actually do it.

Let’s get started!
