First Assignment Starts Now

Instructions:

Set up your phone to record your response. Use the back camera and avoid looking at your notes while speaking.
Answer the question using the Point-Reason-Point format. For example, if asked about your favorite book, state the book's title (Point), explain why it's your favorite (Reason), and reiterate the book's title (Point).
Speak for at least 60 seconds to 2 minutes. Don't worry about mistakes; they help identify areas for improvement.
After recording, watch the video and note down your observations about your words, voice, and visuals.
Choose one area for improvement and focus on that in your next recording.
Record a second video answering the same question, focusing on improving the chosen area.
Repeat this process four times, which should take about 20 minutes.
The next day, if you're satisfied with your improvement in the chosen area, pick a new one. If not, continue working on the same area. Expect to see lasting changes in each area after about two days.

Look out for daily emails explaining each day's assignment from tomorrow onwards.
