How to Present like Nvidia CEO

Jensen Haung’s Presentation this week made headlines.

He did 3 things that made the reveal of his new graphics cards so good.

1. Understanding the mind

Before announcing his products to his audience (PC enthusiasts)

He showed just how much he understood the audience when he said something along the lines of:

“I'm sure you have a $10,000 PC command center…. and you locked it up so no one steals anything. You have lights all over it.”

and as someone who's built PCs before (Not $10,000 ones…) I definitely did those things and I found myself thinking

“That’s funny, he gets it.”

He shows that he knows the mind of the customer. 


2. Child-like excitement

He has so much enthusiasm when he was talking about the product.

Remember this, your audience will feed off of your energy.

If you are excited, they're excited.

If they feel it, they believe it.

3. Patience

He had an incredible amount of patience when he would say something important he would pause and let the audience process it,

or when he would say something funny, he would let the audience laugh. 


He wouldn't just rush through it

this is what made it an amazing presentation!
