When I was young, I had so much anxiety in my life that I could not function on a day-to-day basis.

I could not go out and make friends, talk to someone new, or land a job.

Developing self-confidence was the biggest goal in my life and I was willing to do just about everything.

But I’m glad I did. If it wasn’t for the lessons I learned, I’d never have become the person I am today,

And I wouldn’t be able to share it with you.
